Ribolla Gialla is one of Friuli's oldest native grape varieties. It offers a faithful reflection of the terroir and its distinctive aromas in the glass. Vinification is traditional, with soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation lasts 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. The wine then ages in the bottle for two months. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it has a frank and persuasive nose with sensations ranging from chestnut blossoms to peach and pineapple. Barolo is obtained from a selection of grapes from the La Morra vineyards at 350 meters above sea level, with south-west exposure and lying on a sedimentary soil of Miocene origin; calcareous-silty loam. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature, the skins are left to macerate for 25 days of which the last 10 with submerged cap. The malolactic fermentation takes place in November immediately after the alcoholic fermentation while the refinement takes place for two years in 15hl French oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle.

Monte Primo is a blend of 5 red wines obtained from Sangiovese (75%) and Merlot (25%) grapes, vinified separately respecting the different moments of the harvest. The subsequent maturation takes place for both partly in steel and partly in barrique. The fifth wine comes from the Sangiovese grapes left to dry, vinified individually and then combined with the other wines 14 months after the harvest. Intense ruby red, captivating aromas of black cherry, blueberry, withered flowers, cocoa powder, licorice and a pleasant balsamic note on the nose.
